1. Our order process usually takes 5-15 minutes (for PayPal & Payoneer it can take maximum 24 hours if there's no issue)
2. Customer got to bear their own wallet transaction fee. Like if you would like exact 10$ of skrill or NETELLER you would like to pay with their transaction fee. (minimum 0.62$ for skrill, 0.50$ for NETELLER and 0.80% for WebMoney)
3. Sometimes we'd like further details about you to finish your payment. (It defines user Authenticity)

5. For the reason of higher service we don't provide any sort of an advance payment. (You got to pay first to urge your required service)
6. Usually we take payment over the "bKash agent and ROCKET agent" if you would like to shop for USD by using personal you would like to touch the gateway transaction fee. Note:- for bkash personal it'll be 1.85% and 1.80% for rocket.
7. If you've got an urgency and need to urge payment within 10 minutes use bkash or rocket personal to scale back period of time. Note:- for an agent it always takes 5 minutes maximum half-hour to proceed.
8. For PayPal & Payoneer gateway you've got to exchange a minimum 50$.
9. Our Refund process can take up to a half-hour. (bkash and rocket charges won't be applicable)
10. For selling Webmoney contact us before exchange.
11. If we face any quiet issue from PayPal we've right to ask you for a dispute.
